The Calf of Man itself is a bird sanctuary and nature reserve, which can be reached by boat from Port Erin and Port St Mary.
There are wardens on the Calf most of the year, but no facilities, so take warm clothing, waterproofs and a picnic. There are also no toilets... you have been warned.
