Snaefell, Isle of Man
The Snaefell Mountain Railway runs to the summit of Snaefell, from Laxey. This photo was taken from the highest point of the road: you have to walk the rest of the way if you dont want to catch the train from here. Snaefells grassy summit is the highest point on the island at 2036feet (621metres) above sea level.
Those people more used to the mountains of the Lake District, North Wales and Scotland will no doubt see this as merely a bump in the road.
